Essentially, we are the dating service of the employment world. We work with the variety of dimensions that make up who you are on a professional level. Sometimes writing down what you would not like to do is just as helpful as exploring what you would like to do and at Career Specialists Inc. we cover everything.
We perform a plethora of self-examination tests, assessments, intense interviews and personality analyses to create a unique overview. It's like a medical examination - without all the pricks and jabs. But in a similar way, our exam will compile a list of your likes, dislikes, skills, strengths, weaknesses and everything in between.
It's important to have this self-discovery because how else will you know what kinds of jobs you are truly capable of doing? And there is a big difference between what you want to do and what you are realistically able to handle. Not everyone is management material, for example.
And we'll be able to figure what job will be your perfect match. The good news is that many jobs utilize the same skill sets and once identified, you'll be that much closer to the best career path for you.
Career Specialists Inc. has been serving employers and employees in the Dallas area since 2004.
However, we were started on the theory that not everyone knows what they want to do when they grow up and even fewer people are actually qualified to do it. Most people are surprised to find out what day-to-day activities their dream job actually entails and, once enlightened, run screaming. They are then left with nothing but a drive to find out what they want to do and how the heck to start doing it.
